Scholarships through GATE
GATE students are offered a Scholarship/ Assistance ship, where the students are paid Rs 11,800/month by the MHRD.

Students who qualify GATE exams do get a stipend of around Rs 8,000 per month during their M. Tech course.

The ones who have done M Tech or ME get a better remuneration compared to the ones who have done their B.Tech or BE.

After completing M.Tech courses at IITs and IISc, students stand a chance of bagging in salary packages ranging from 7 lakh-28 lakh per annum. The packages depend on specialization and performance. Not only this, GATE students are eligible to pursue master's degree at prestigious institutes like the National University of Singapore.
