9. Computer Maintenance and support
10. Server Configurations and Troubleshooting issues
11. Providing Remote Desktop support for the clients
12. installing & configuring software cum hardware & networks
13. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
14. ensuring security & efficiency power of IT infrastructure
15. Managing required IT Purchase and handling inventory as per the company requirements
16. Installation of IT Peripheral and trouble shooting
17. Troubleshooting of Laptops ,Printers, desktop issues related operating system, configuration, replacement of mother board, updating serial number and other related software for the motherboard.
